The NCV7703C is a fully protected Triple Half−Bridge Driver
designed specifically for automotive and industrial motion control
applications. The three half−bridge drivers have independent control.
This allows for high side, low side, and H−Bridge control. H−Bridge
control provides forward, reverse, brake, and high impedance states
(with EN = 0). The drivers are controlled via a standard Serial
Peripheral Interface (SPI).
Ultra Low Quiescent Current in Sleep Mode - Low battery drain when automobile is off
3 High-Side and 3 Low-Side Drivers Connected as Half-Bridges - Ideal for x-y automotive mirror control
Internal Free-Wheeling Diodes - Limits inductive voltage spikes
Configurable as H-Bridge Drivers - Can drive motors in both directions.
SPI Control - Microprocessor controlled.
Daisy Chain Capable - Ability to add additional loads via the same microprocessor channel
Compliance with 5V and 3.3V Systems - Works with a variety of microprocessor logic thresholds
Overvoltage and Undervoltage Lockout - Defines operation in a predictable voltage range
Fault Reporting - Reports system faults back to the microprocessor
Shoot-Through Attempt Detection - Eliminates shoot through programming
