  • NCP3135 is a fully integrated synchronous buck converter capable of delivering up to 5A. The device operates from 2.9V to 5.5V, making them ideal for 3.3V and 5V bus applications. The NCP3135 offers high efficiency, fast load transient response, and can operate in CCM/DCM (automatic continuous/discontinuous modes) or FCCM (forced continuous conduction mode). High switching frequency reduces the output filter size. The device offers enable and power good indicator that can be used for sequencing. The NCP3135 is offered in a small 3mm x 3mm QFN package.
